When the machines go to your country, we will also install the NAYAX version specific to that country. You must open a Nayax account for the corresponding region; accounts cannot be used across different regions.
activation
The activation of NAYAX is a very important and common issue. The specific process is: When we install NAYAX equipment, each NAYAX device has its own unique code, meaning that each machine has its own unique identifier. We are the partner of Nayax. The machine has been produced, and we are collecting your relevant binding information. (A table shared by the NAYAX company, see below) will be shared with you after purchase. With this table information, we will submit it to NAYAX Company. At the same time, Nayax Company will email you to confirm the relevant information. When you receive the machine, The staff from NAYAX will contact you to assist you in activating the device. This process is a globally standardized procedure.

Sure, but only for individual business owners/Sole Proprietors, not everyone can be bound.
1) The United States (most clearly)
The terms on Nayax's US official website clearly state:
Sole Proprietor → can bind personal checking account/personal bank card
Must have the same name, must pass KYC, and must be a genuine operating vending machine
Company account (LLC/Corp) → must be linked to a corporate account, not to an individual account
2) The European Union
Allow Sole Trader/individual operators to bind personal accounts
But it is necessary to provide: personal ID+address proof+machine real operation proof
Large amounts, multiple machines, company entities → must be publicly disclosed
3) Australia
Support Sole Proprietor to bind personal bank cards
Individuals must be genuine business owners, not just 'anyone'
Nayax is available in different regions, and corresponding regional accounts must be opened according to the destination country
Personal bank cards can be linked, but they must be "Sole Proprietor"
The company entity must be accountable to the public and cannot bind individuals
Personal card binding can be activated and credited, but the credit limit, risk control, and fee rate are not as good as corporate ones
Suggest opening an individual version, it's the simplest
